Regarding potential delivery delay due to the impact of COVID -19.


– All international packages orders will be processed within 48 Hours. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day but we cannot guarantee. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. – You can not change your order once it is placed. 


We will constantly provide you with updates about your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be made available by our shipping department according to our daily system updates. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for up to 48 hours after your order leaves our location.




For international orders, please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out. Without a phone number, FedEx shipping will not be able to make a delivery.


If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave a notice and in some instances, leave the package at your door/location. Or attempt to contact you to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing an address that you will be able to get your shipment, to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted.


We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping addresses or missing phone numbers from the original order. We are also not responsible if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier, resulting in the loss of the package. We will not be held liable for misplace or lost package by shipping carrier.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.




You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.


Changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been processed. Please check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly.

Returns Policy

Please read through our returns policy below carefully as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase with us.

How to return

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We don’t provide return label to international orders, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Defective items

Must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will NOT accept the return. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Return addresses will be included with your order.

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.


• Items are in their original condition with all security tags and labels.
• Items are in their original packaging.

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund.


• Products received without authorization.

• Sale items can only be returned for Exchange, No refund.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.

For Exchanges

We can replace your current item with a different item within 21 business days. Please mail the item back to us and we will process the exchange with no restocking fee and FREE shipping back to you. We only allow for one exchange per order. We don’t do free exchange for international orders.


Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times. Refund time for credit card payments varies depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are instant.

Please make sure to include your order number and a copy of your packing slip with your package to process your returns faster.
